Frequently asked questions
These answers are written to make the business simple for clients and easier to understand before any payment is made.
What kind of work can I request?
You can request website updates, admin support, content and formatting work, structured research, documentation, tool setup, and other lawful remote digital tasks that fit the skills and scope of this website.
How do I order a service?
Use the contact form with a short description, timeline, and any useful context. You will then receive a written reply, a quote, or a recommendation for one of the public packages.
How is payment handled?
For custom work, payment is usually requested only after the task is understood in writing. Public packages can later be connected to Stripe payment links or invoices.
How do I receive the finished work?
Delivery is digital and remote. Depending on the job, files may be sent by email, cloud link, shared document, or another agreed platform.
Can I upload files with my request?
Yes. The contact form supports a single optional file upload for briefs, screenshots, documents, or reference material. Large or sensitive files should be shared only after confirmation.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds and cancellations depend on the type of work and how much has already been performed. The detailed policy is on the Refund & Cancellation page.
Do you accept every task?
No. Requests may be declined if they are unlawful, deceptive, harmful, outside the website’s skills, or unsuitable for remote digital delivery.
Where are you based?
The website contact details currently use the Belgium address and phone number you approved for this project: Avenue Jules Bordet 74, 1140 Evere, Belgium and +970598722220.
Will registration details be added later?
Yes. If and when official enterprise or VAT details apply, they can be added in the admin settings and will automatically appear in the footer.
