Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation rules for consultations, quick tasks, and custom projects.
This policy explains when refunds or cancellations may be available for services ordered through this website.
1. Consultation calls
- A consultation may be rescheduled with reasonable notice if requested before the scheduled time.
- If a consultation has already taken place, it is generally non-refundable.
- If the service provider cannot attend, the client may choose rescheduling or a refund.
2. Quick Task orders
- If work has not started yet, a cancellation request may be accepted and refunded in full or in part.
- If work has already started, any refund may be reduced to reflect time already spent, preparation done, or work already delivered.
3. Custom projects and deposits
- Deposits reserve time and planning and are usually non-refundable once project work has started.
- If a project is cancelled after significant work has already been completed, any refund is calculated after deducting the value of work already performed and any committed third-party costs.
4. Digital delivery
Where services involve customised digital work, research, formatting, setup, or other made-to-order deliverables, refunds may be limited once performance has begun or delivery has occurred.
5. Client delays or non-response
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be paused, closed, or rescheduled. In such cases, refund requests are assessed based on work already completed and administrative time already committed.
6. Defects or issues
If there is a genuine problem with the delivered work within the agreed scope, the preferred remedy is usually a correction or revision before any refund is considered.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@omaralshaer.com with your order details, reference number, and the reason for your request. Requests are reviewed case by case.
8. Chargebacks
If there is a problem, please contact the website first before opening a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
